AI-enabled services, AI-generated or manipulated content, Personal AI Identity and human oversight.
What this notice covers
RELESONA designs and uses AI systems for research, knowledge work, content support, software functions, controlled agents and commissioned identity systems. This notice applies wherever RELESONA provides, deploys or materially operates an AI-enabled service.
The corporate website currently describes AI services and research but does not itself open a public ERVIE AI conversation or an unrestricted autonomous agent. Commissioned AI projects are governed by their accepted order, project-specific privacy information and operating controls.
Clear AI disclosure
A person interacting directly with an AI system will be informed that the interaction is with AI unless that is already obvious from the context. Public AI personas, synthetic voices and avatars are identified as AI representations and are not presented as proof that the represented person is currently speaking.
RELESONA labels or otherwise discloses materially AI-generated or manipulated image, audio and video content where required. Artistic, fictional, satirical and creative works receive an appropriate disclosure that does not unnecessarily obstruct the work.
Text published to inform the public on matters of public interest is subject to human editorial review and responsibility or receives the applicable AI disclosure.
Human authority and approval
Every AI service receives an authority definition describing what the system may answer, recommend, prepare, execute, escalate or refuse. Material external actions use explicit permissions, logs and interruption paths.
RELESONA does not treat model fluency as legal authority. Legal, financial, employment, medical, safety, identity or similarly consequential decisions remain subject to competent human approval and the applicable professional, contractual or regulatory process.
Data, provenance and model limits
AI output may be incomplete, inconsistent or incorrect. Where it matters, the interface or operating process distinguishes retrieved source material, owner-approved facts, model-generated content and human decisions.
Personal data, confidential material, voice, face, likeness and identity sources are used only within the authorised purpose and access boundary. A project may require a data-protection impact assessment, legitimate-interest assessment, consent record, provider review or human-rights and safety assessment before activation.
Fairness, accessibility and prohibited practices
RELESONA evaluates foreseeable bias, exclusion, manipulation, impersonation, unsafe automation and accessibility barriers in proportion to the intended use. Systems are not designed to exploit vulnerability, use prohibited manipulative techniques or infer authority merely from a person’s style, voice or familiarity.
Emotion recognition, biometric categorisation, high-risk decision support and public-space biometric functions are not activated as ordinary features. Any proposed use requires a separate legal classification and release decision.
AI literacy and operating responsibility
People who configure, review or operate a RELESONA AI system receive information appropriate to their role, including system purpose, limitations, data handling, permissions, escalation and correction. Customers remain responsible for authorised users, supplied data and decisions within their control.
Correction and reporting
Misleading AI interaction, unsafe output, impersonation, inaccessible disclosure or a material source error may be reported to info@relesona.com or +421 940 704 160. RELESONA records and investigates substantiated issues and may correct, restrict, suspend or withdraw the affected function.
