Personal data processed through the corporate website, security delivery and direct enquiries.
Controller and contact
For the corporate website and RELESONA’s own enquiries, security, legal administration and business development, the controller is RELESONA TECHNOLOGIES s. r. o., registered office Lesná 550/42, 900 42 Miloslavov, Slovak Republic, IČO 52609227, DIČ 2121084427, IČ DPH SK2121084427, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section Sro, File No. 140079/B.
Privacy requests may be sent to info@relesona.com or opened by telephone at +421 940 704 160. RELESONA may verify identity and authority before disclosing, exporting, changing or deleting protected information.
Data processed
Hosting, network delivery and security systems may process IP address, device and browser information, requested URL, timestamps, response status, security signals and related technical records needed to deliver and protect the website.
The Contact and Start a Project forms prepare an email draft locally in the visitor’s browser. The website does not transmit the entered fields to a RELESONA server. If the visitor sends the message, RELESONA processes the email address, name, organisation, message, attachments and subsequent correspondence supplied by the sender.
The corporate website does not operate checkout, card processing, public file upload or a server-side enquiry database. Where customer access is enabled, the dedicated Supabase service processes customer email, authentication and authorised account records, with Resend delivering account emails. Optional PostHog EU website analytics operates only after consent where enabled. It measures public visits, broad referral categories, recognised social campaign labels and registered tool-link clicks; account pages and form entries are excluded. See the Cookie Policy and Subprocessor Notice for provider and storage details.
Purposes and legal bases
Technical request and security data is processed for the legitimate interests of delivering, protecting, diagnosing and documenting the website. Enquiry data is processed to respond, develop a proposal and take requested steps before a contract. Contract, accounting and legal records are processed to perform agreements, comply with law and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Consent is used when the law requires a freely given optional choice, including certain marketing, voice, likeness, public persona or non-essential tracking uses. Consent may be withdrawn for the future without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Recipients and international transfers
Data may be handled by hosting, network-delivery, business communications, security, support and professional-adviser providers to the extent necessary for the stated purpose. Current corporate-site provider categories are described in the Subprocessor and International Transfer Notice.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, RELESONA uses an applicable transfer mechanism such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard, together with supplementary measures where appropriate.
Retention
Technical and security records are retained for the period needed for delivery, diagnosis, abuse prevention and incident handling. Ordinary unanswered or completed enquiries are normally reviewed for deletion or anonymisation within 24 months. Contractual, accounting and legal records are retained for the applicable statutory or limitation period.
A longer period applies where a record is needed for an active relationship, unresolved dispute, legal hold, security incident or enforceable obligation. Data is not retained indefinitely merely because it might later be useful.
Individual rights
Depending on the circumstances, an individual may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. A person also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic or another competent supervisory authority.
The corporate website does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Updates
This notice is version 1.5, dated 24 October 2026, effective when this revision is published on the corporate production website. It adds recognised social campaign labels to the existing consented analytics notice.
