Complaints about the corporate website, enquiries, services and accepted customer engagements.
How to complain
Send a complaint to info@relesona.com, call +421 940 704 160, or use the corporate contact route. Identify the relevant page, service, order or correspondence, the date, what happened, the requested resolution and supporting evidence.
Do not send passwords, private keys, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information. Privacy, accessibility and security issues may be routed to the responsible process while remaining part of the complaint record.
Review process and targets
RELESONA records the matter, assigns a responsible owner, reviews relevant evidence and provides a reasoned response. RELESONA aims to acknowledge a complete complaint within five business days and to resolve or provide a substantive status within 30 days, unless complexity or law requires another period.
A customer may request an internal review of a response by identifying the disputed finding and any new evidence.
Consumer and regulatory escalation
A consumer may contact Slovak Trade Inspection — Inspectorate for the Bratislava Region, Bajkalská 21/A, P. O. BOX 5, 820 07 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, where it is competent for the matter. Privacy complaints may be lodged with Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
Submitting a complaint does not remove statutory, contractual, supervisory-authority or court rights. RELESONA does not direct users to the discontinued European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Corrective action
Recurring complaints, misleading claims, accessibility barriers, AI errors, security issues, billing problems and service failures are reviewed for correction and prevention.
