Consumer orders for digital services, commissioned software, AI services and digital content accepted by RELESONA.
When these terms apply
These terms apply when an individual acting outside a business or profession places a consumer order that RELESONA expressly accepts. The current corporate website does not contain an online checkout; an order may be accepted through a signed proposal, confirmed order, payment link or another durable commercial record.
The accepted order identifies the service or digital content, price, VAT, payment schedule, delivery method, duration, support and any special requirements. If the order conflicts with these general terms, the accepted order controls for the specific engagement unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Order formation and price
A contact request or draft proposal is not an accepted order. The contract is formed when RELESONA sends an explicit acceptance or order confirmation and the required payment or other stated condition is completed.
Consumer prices are stated inclusive of applicable VAT unless clearly indicated otherwise. No recurring subscription or automatic renewal is created unless its amount, interval, duration, cancellation method and effective start are expressly shown and accepted.
Delivery and customer cooperation
RELESONA delivers the agreed service, access, digital content or commissioned output within the period stated in the order. The consumer provides accurate information, timely approvals, authorised source material and reasonable cooperation needed for delivery.
For bespoke work, milestones, revisions, acceptance criteria and consequences of delayed customer input are stated in the order.
Digital service conformity and updates
Digital content and digital services will conform to the accepted description, functionality, compatibility, support and update commitments. Security and functional updates required to maintain conformity are supplied for the period stated by law or the accepted order.
A consumer should install supplied updates within a reasonable time after receiving clear information about availability and consequences. Statutory remedies for defective digital performance remain available.
Withdrawal and early performance
The statutory withdrawal period and exceptions are described in the Cancellation and Withdrawal Form. RELESONA begins performance during the withdrawal period only on the consumer’s express request where required.
For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, loss of the withdrawal right requires the consumer’s prior express consent, acknowledgement and the required confirmation. These choices are not preselected.
Complaints, remedies and contact
A consumer may report non-conformity or make a complaint through the published complaint route. Available remedies may include correction, completion, replacement, price reduction, termination and refund as required by the type of performance and applicable law.
Consumer questions may be sent to info@relesona.com or +421 940 704 160.
Governing law and language
Slovak law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection available under applicable law. The accepted order identifies the contract language. RELESONA accepts ordinary service communication in English or Slovak.
