Current technology position
RELESONA TECHNOLOGIES does not use advertising cookies, behavioural profiling or cross-product identity linking on this corporate website. Optional website measurement is separately controlled by your analytics choice where the feature is enabled.
The hosting and network layer may use or generate strictly necessary technical information for secure delivery, load balancing, abuse prevention and service continuity. A protected Vercel Preview may use access-control technology that is not part of the public production website.
When consent is required
If RELESONA introduces non-essential analytics, advertising, cross-service profiling or optional preference technology, it will remain blocked until the required choice is obtained. Refusing optional technology will be as clear as accepting it, and the choice can be changed later without unnecessary friction.
Strictly necessary technology may operate without optional consent where permitted by law, but it remains subject to transparency, security and data-minimisation requirements.
Current cookie control
Where optional measurement is enabled, the website displays an analytics choice and persistent footer settings. Where it is disabled, no analytics request is sent. Necessary account sign-in storage does not depend on optional analytics consent.
Where optional analytics is enabled, EU-hosted PostHog measures registered public page visits, broad referral categories, recognised social campaign labels and registered tool-link clicks only after Allow analytics is selected. Necessary only is equally available, and Analytics Settings in the footer permits withdrawal. The first-party choice record is retained for 180 days; a random first-party analytics session identifier uses session storage only after consent and is removed on withdrawal or entry to account or unknown routes. Account pages, raw URL query strings and fragments, form entries, screen recordings, person profiles and cross-product identity linking are excluded. Only predefined source, medium, campaign and placement labels may be read from campaign links; arbitrary parameter values are discarded. These labels stay in memory for the current consented session and are cleared on withdrawal or entry to account or unknown routes. GeoIP enrichment is disabled. Accepted events in the provider are not erased by withdrawal; the current Free plan retains event data for one year. No analytics is collected when its deployment configuration is disabled.
Where customer sign-in is enabled, Supabase provides the dedicated corporate account service in Frankfurt and Resend delivers account emails through the configured EU region. Email address, authentication events and account access are processed to provide and secure the requested account service. Passwords are handled by the authentication service, not stored as ordinary customer-profile fields. The authentication client stores the session in first-party browser local storage under relesona-technologies-customer-session until sign-out or removal; session validity remains controlled by the authentication service. Account storage is necessary for signed-in features and is separate from optional analytics consent. Public registration and online checkout remain closed in this release.
Before any optional measurement or advertising layer is enabled, RELESONA will update the live technology register with the provider, purpose, category, duration, first-party or third-party status and relevant transfer information.
Browser controls and external links
A visitor may use browser controls to inspect, block or delete stored information. Blocking strictly necessary technology may affect secure delivery or requested functionality.
Following an external link transfers the visitor to a separate service that applies its own cookie and privacy settings. The corporate page does not treat a link click as consent to unrelated tracking on tech.relesona.com.
