Personal AI Identity projects, Identity Studio, Identity Core, voice, likeness, memory, knowledge and authorised AI representation.
Service definition
RELESONA PERSONAL AI IDENTITY is a bespoke identity-engineering service through which RELESONA designs, builds, tests, deploys and, where ordered, operates a controlled personal AI identity for the client.
The service transforms client-authorised knowledge, communication, memory, preferences and decision principles into a secure, governed and extensible AI system. It is an authorised technological representation, not the biological or legal identity of the person and not a transfer of human consciousness.
Project owner and authorised scope
Each standard project has one verified human owner, one defined Identity Core, one delivery scope and one controlled workspace. The order identifies permitted private, professional, creator, executive or public personas and the people authorised to manage them.
The client decides what the identity knows, remembers, may disclose, may access, may propose and may execute. External actions require the authority, confirmation and audit controls stated in the order.
Data used to build the identity
Depending on the ordered modules, the client may provide identity and contact information, professional history, documents, knowledge, communication examples, preferences, approved memories, project history, decision principles, relationships, voice recordings, photographs, video, likeness references and integration settings.
Every material source should carry provenance, permission, sensitivity, lifecycle and permitted-use information. AI-generated candidate records do not become approved identity facts merely because they were inferred by a model.
Legal bases and special material
RELESONA processes ordinary project data to take requested pre-contract steps, perform the accepted service, comply with law and protect legitimate operational and security interests. Consent is used where required for optional voice, likeness, public persona, special-category or unrelated secondary use.
A client must have authority to provide third-party material. A third person’s face, voice, private communication, confidential information or protected work may require separate consent, licence, redaction or rejection.
Identity Blueprint and controlled outputs
A commissioned project may produce an Identity Blueprint, Identity Core, Communication Profile, Knowledge Vault, Memory Architecture, Decision Profile, Authority Matrix, Identity Studio, Consent Ledger, Identity Ledger, readiness report and controlled runtime.
The client reviews, corrects, approves, rejects or classifies candidate information. Significant output can distinguish approved fact, source material, model inference and current uncertainty.
Voice, visual identity and public persona
Voice synthesis, avatar, likeness and public AI persona modules are activated only when expressly ordered and authorised. A public representation is visibly identified as AI and does not imply that the person is currently speaking or personally approved every output.
The owner may set public/private source boundaries, audience restrictions, disclosure wording, prohibited subjects, correction routes and emergency suspension rules.
Human oversight and restricted uses
Personal AI Identity may assist with knowledge, communication, organisation, research, creation and approved agent tasks. It does not automatically receive power of attorney, signing authority or unrestricted access to financial, legal, employment, medical or safety decisions.
A consequential action requires the specific authority and human approval defined by the engagement. RELESONA does not provide identity cloning of an unrelated third person without valid authority and disclosure.
Security and separation
Private and public personas are separated through access, data and permission controls rather than prompt wording alone. Secrets such as passwords, private keys and seed phrases are not accepted as ordinary Identity Core material.
The ordered environment defines access roles, encryption, providers, logs, backup, incident handling, export and recovery. Dedicated infrastructure may be ordered where stronger isolation is required.
Client control and lifecycle
Subject to the order and applicable law, the client can correct, export, freeze, suspend, revoke or request deletion of identity data and modules. RELESONA records material changes and preserves records needed for contracts, security, disputes or legal obligations.
Termination does not transfer RELESONA’s platform, compiler, schemas, interfaces, processing pipelines, general agents or base software. The client retains rights in authorised source material and receives the agreed export of client data and Identity Core information.
Accuracy, testing and acceptance
Delivery is assessed against the agreed functional, identity, security and calibration criteria. Relevant measures may include factual accuracy, communication alignment, memory consistency, decision alignment, uncertainty discipline and policy compliance.
These technical measures support testing and improvement; they are not a psychological diagnosis or a promise of perfect reproduction of the person.
Rights, questions and correction
Identity, privacy, consent, correction, export or revocation requests may be sent to info@relesona.com. Where a public persona is involved, the public interface must also provide a practical reporting or correction route.
