Corporate contact and project-intake communications initiated through the website.
How the forms work
The Contact and Start a Project forms keep entries in the browser and prepare an email draft in the visitor’s own mail application. The corporate website does not transmit or store the entered form fields and does not upload files.
For a long project brief, the browser may create a local text file for the visitor to attach manually. Nothing is sent to RELESONA until the visitor chooses to send the message through the visitor’s email provider.
Information to include
A useful initial brief identifies the current situation, desired result, affected users, existing systems, constraints, timing, decision owner and known risks. Share only what is reasonably necessary for the first review.
Sensitive and third-party material
An initial open email is not a secure data room.
- Do not send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, seed phrases or payment-card data.
- Do not send malware, stolen or leaked data, unlawful material or confidential information that you are not authorised to share.
- Identify any personal data, voice, face, likeness, confidential communication or protected work belonging to another person and the authority relied upon.
- RELESONA may request redaction, consent, a licence, a data-processing agreement or a secure transfer channel before accepting material.
Project formation
Sending an enquiry begins a fit and definition review. It is not automatic acceptance of a project, price, delivery date or unrestricted data-processing instruction.
A binding engagement begins when RELESONA and the customer accept the applicable proposal, order, contract, statement of work or checkout confirmation.
