Provider, processor and international-transfer information for the corporate website and enquiries.
Current corporate-site providers
Vercel provides hosting, content delivery, TLS termination, deployment and related security or request-processing infrastructure for tech.relesona.com.
For enabled corporate account access, the dedicated Supabase project in Frankfurt provides authentication and authorised customer records; Resend delivers transactional account emails through the configured EU sending region. These services are separate from the Relesona Audience Intelligence Platform account.
Where optional measurement is enabled and accepted, PostHog EU Cloud processes registered public page visits, broad referral categories, predefined social campaign labels and outbound tool-link events. It does not receive account-page events, form content or a shared customer identity from this integration. The current Free plan retains event data for one year; browser consent is retained for 180 days and the random analytics identifier is session-scoped.
RELESONA’s business email provider processes correspondence after a visitor chooses to send an email. The provider attached to the relesona.com business account is administered by RELESONA and is subject to its applicable service and data-protection terms.
GitHub supports private source management, pull requests, automated verification and release evidence. It is not used by the public contact form as a visitor-submission database.
External destinations
The separate RELESONA Platform and third-party media destinations such as YouTube are reached only when the visitor follows the relevant link. Their own notices and settings apply after the transfer.
Processor controls
Where a provider processes personal data for RELESONA, RELESONA uses appropriate contractual, confidentiality, security, deletion, incident and onward-transfer terms. Access is limited to the service purpose and role.
For international access or transfers, RELESONA relies on an applicable adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful mechanism and assesses supplementary measures where required.
Product-specific providers
A commissioned AI, identity, customer-workspace, payment or agent project may use additional model, infrastructure, communications, storage or integration providers. Those providers are identified in the product notice, order, data-processing agreement or project register before the relevant processing begins.
