Instructions and model notice for a consumer withdrawing from an eligible distance contract.
Standard withdrawal period
An eligible consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For a service contract, the period generally runs from conclusion of the contract. The exact starting event depends on the subject of the order and applicable law.
To exercise the right, send an unambiguous statement to RELESONA TECHNOLOGIES s. r. o., Lesná 550/42, 900 42 Miloslavov, Slovak Republic, email info@relesona.com. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.
Service started during the period
Where a consumer expressly asks RELESONA to begin a service before the withdrawal period ends and later withdraws before completion, the consumer may owe the proportionate price for performance already supplied, where permitted by law.
The right may end after complete performance only when the statutory conditions, including the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgement, are satisfied.
Digital content supplied online
For paid digital content delivered without a tangible medium, the withdrawal right may be lost when delivery begins only if the consumer first gives express consent, acknowledges the consequence and receives the required confirmation. Without those steps, RELESONA does not rely on the exception.
Refunds
RELESONA returns payments that must be refunded without undue delay and no later than the applicable statutory period, normally using the original payment method unless the consumer agrees otherwise and incurs no additional cost.

Copy and complete the following information in an email or other durable message.
